is this for NY office only? or just the training plus rotation takes place in NY, and the actual placement can be in a different office in the U.S.?

Any ideas on when we hear back about next steps. I applied to 2 of the MSEPP programs in NYC. It said the program start date would be in June. I completed the hirevue that was linked in the job description.

I think the super days were in May last year because the applicants  deadline was mid April and program starting in June. But this year deadline was in late February so I am wondering about the timeline lol. Also the hiring process application, hirevue interview, then super day if they are interested?

I’ve applied to the New York program and completed the HireVue that was embedded in the application. I haven’t heard back since but I saw the thread for the 2024 program timeline. It seems to varies based off the program you applied for.

Yeah, however, a few people already started to receive a survey. I think HR might have received a sufficient amount of people to start a pool

I believe Hirevue's are part of the initial application process, was this person sent a second one? There was a hirevue in the job application post that I completed and I have not heard back yet.

Does this refer to the Hirevue in NY? Has anyone received a hirevue for London post survey or still waiting on next steps?

Located in NYC and I haven't heard back yet from research or GCM. My application is still marked as in progress. Has anyone heard back from these divisions or gotten any rejections yet?

I have no real insight, but given the state of the market they are probably doing just in time hiring. I would be more concerned by early may if nothing has moved, but my guess is as good as anyone's.

Could you share who round 1 and round 2 were with (ex.  hr, team lead, division manager), time length of rounds and some of the questions they asked you. Also do you have a background in finance or years of relevant experience?

Question for those who applied to NYC and successfully moved onto the next round after submitting the Hirevue: did you guys have a reference down in your application? Also during the hirevue did you guys speak the whole time without referring to notes on screen or side?

No reference and I just answered the hirevue like any other questions, just looked at the screen and spoke casually

What I think is, it’s really not HR picking the interviews - just the resumes-  it’s desks that are hiring who choose from there …so if no desk cares about your resume you won’t get a convo so it kinda seems like the whole “experienced career” thing is more really just a lateral hiring with maybe a broader stroke of the brush

At least that’s how I interpreted it, from my first round

No reference and no notes for the hirevue on my screen. Honestly, you can tell when someone is reading and it’s pretty frowned upon. You ultimately don’t have to speak for the amount of time they give you. Just answer the question and get your point across. Your answer can be 15 seconds as long as it’s beautifully worded/said.

Do you guys think if I didn’t hear back by now it’s probably over for me? Obviously want to be hopeful but don’t want to be delusional and unrealistic

Anyone in IED NYC have a second round of interviews or get any updates at all after the first round? Completed 2 zoom interviews and waiting to hear back

Anyone have an update? Been a week and a half since the first 2 Zooms, considering the program starts in June they should be getting back soon no?

Kind of depends on how many rounds they will have. If the next round after the 2 zoom interviews is the super day and nothing more after that, I can see them sending responses out until end of next week as well or even the week of April 20-26

It's been 2 weeks for me and no update as well regarding superday. Emailed for an update but no response so far

In the same boat. Applied for NYC IBD, did 2 rounds of zoom interviews (post-hirevue) and had a superday today. Superday consisted of 2 interviews with MDs.

I received notice of my super day via email this morning. Anyone else getting something similar? It is next Tuesday in the NYC office. Both nervous and excited.

For those who have been through the process after the hirevue, how long are the two interviews (ex. 30 mins, 45 mins, 1hr) and how long is superday and what is the structure/ on the agenda for the day?
