Last year, there were waves for R1s. Then, probably 40 - 50 invited to the Superday in June. Could be different this year tho. From what I heard, interviews vary based on the interviewer.

Is there a target school cutoff? Or any banks cutoff? And when will the waves end ?
Nope, any t25 private and top publics can get interviews.
No cutoff for banks - can check analyst or incoming analyst on LinkedIn. There have been analysts who joined in past years and didn't even do banking or PE for the summer.
I believe they ended last week of May or the first week of June.

Just did the first round - super behavioral questions that are slightly esoteric but no technicals. Just questions about your interests, what you enjoy doing etc.

No one takes any IB seat over WP lmao. Every year WP takes at least 2 from PJT RSSG and prob interviewed all of them

A week or so, interviewer said I got everything right but I guess back to grinding for spd. I understand many haven’t even done their 1r yet so idk how it’s going to work. Perhaps interviewing during training. Have heard ppl going straight to super as well no 1r in the past
