I'm already done with the process but might be helpful for understanding the timeline. For IMD I had my video interviews with two people on 9/16 and heard back on 9/22 that I'd moved on to in-person interviews in New York.

I got a phone call pretty late at night, so personalized. Doesn't really seem like everyone is on the same timeline because I haven't heard of anyone else going through the same process that I did. And at my interview in NY I only saw one other kid interviewing.

Yeah, its 4 behavioral questions, and 1 extra division-specific question for each division you applied for. You get 30 seconds after seeing the question to think of an answer, then 2 minutes to respond. Some kind of questions I got were: 1. Tell me about a time you had a disagreement with a boss/teacher, 2. Tell me about a time you were part of a team and someone wasn't pulling their weight, 3. Tell me about a recent project you did that was intellectually stimulating, and i honestly can't remember the last haha. Division specific was something like "What does IMD do? What group would you like to be a part of?" But these questions def won't be the same, I think they change them every week or so. Hope that helps. Good luck!

Thanks a ton! It's always nice to kinda have an idea of what to prepare for! After the HireVue I assumed you had to go through another round of Skype interview?

Had my superday with a few IMD groups last Wednesday and got a call the next day for a follow-up interview last Friday with another group. Sent my HCM contact two emails and still haven't heard anything back yet. Losing hope hah
