Diversity program by Deutsche bank for sophomore internships
They open applications Mid-September/ Early October
Anyone got an update? I can't find the app anywhere and it's mid september
SA 2021 for junior summer just opened up again, so I suspect DBAchieve apps could be delayed.
I see. How/why did junior SA apps open again for summer 2021? Isn't it extremely late? I know people who got offers in May for SA 2021.

Does this program only give out spots to diversity candidates? I know it is possible for an individual who is committed to diversity to get it, but has that ever happened?

How long after taking the SJT did everyone receive the email? Some comments make it sound like they received it immediately after taking it? Is that the case? For some reason i did not receive the test email until yesterday and took the test this morning and have yet to receive anything. Praying the SJT was not the way I got knocked out....

super chilled phone interview. the person was very very enthusiastic about talking with me and very nice. no technical at all. be ready to talk about your background and everything that is on your resume (EVERYTHING without exception). Have a solid answer to why the division you applied for and why DB as well. it felt like a very chilled conversation. best of luck

Don't quote me on this, but a friend said they spoke to someone at the bank who said yield for this program has been lower than usual due to the program being remote and that they are worried some people may drop.
Why would they tell the student that? Also why would it being remote matter if everything else is remote? It's not like other internships are offering more spots.

I think it is 2 days at max that was my friend told me, I got my interview today for IB, how was yours?
I had mine on the 9th as well for IB! I felt like mine was mediocre at best unfortunately... It kinda felt like a bad networking call as I felt somewhat out of it and it didn’t have the best flow (my fault). He told me that HR would notify us “soon” at the end of the interview. I am afraid I probably will not receive the best news although :/ RIP
