I'm in it. Did you get an email with the logistics for the event this Wednesday? Also, do we get interviews for being in it?
I haven’t gotten the email with the logistics yet. they had mentioned that they’ll send the link a day before the event so tomorrow.
I also don’t know if it leads to accelerated interviews but I spoke to a contact who remembers interviewing people from last year plus if it’s selective and if they were gonna fly us out, I would expect it to lead to interviews.

This is actually not true two of my connections both contacted the woman running recruiting and she said it's first round despite the label. Superdays will be held next week

That's for first rounds as well, cause I'm non target but networked, and had two calls with recruiters who said they were giving up first rounds yesterdays but they also said they weren't positive on the specifics?
Yup, DB is running a direct to superday process. I had a really powerful person pulling for me real hard and that is what HR told the person.
I don't think that's true because I'm literally the opposite of diversity but I got the invite lol
Do the participants of Develop with DB get IB superdays? I am in it, but I haven't heard anything about superdays.
if you are non-diversity then not this time around, for diversity I don't know if everyone gets it.
I don't know if this applies for any of you. But, do you think if you are ethnically diverse for S&T could that be a strong factor as to why people got direct super day offers for DB? And if so, does that mean they won't be pulling more people in for their internship program?

Just confirmed from 2 connections that the interview this week is not superday despite the label - if you're successful there will be a superday next week.

think it varies by interviewers - only technical Q i got was connecting the 3 financial statements but my friend told me that his interview was very technical
