Guggenheim FT 2022

Monkeys, thought I would start this thread for us. I figured it would be easier for there to be separate threads for each firm doing FT recruiting so we don't have to go to the FT thread that's too long (because who wants to scroll to the bottom?).

Anyone hear back yet from Gugg or have an idea of when to expect anything from them?

No idea but I hope not very. Only talked to a post-MBA associate there and it sounds like (based on everything else I’ve read here) they may not be the most helpful/influential lol

Yeah man I've talked to a couple guys, had pretty good conversations, and haven't gotten anything either

i think from email i received i believe its a rolling basis and they might not be doing it all in one day. I also didnt receive anything and thought I was in

I also got SD invite. Any idea on importance of networking and or how tech heavy interviews are?

Superdays at Gugg are usually not your typical superday from what I've heard. It's usually a technical interview in the morning and if you do well on that then they pass you through to what is typically a superday (multiple behavioral interviews) in the afternoon. You can easily be rejected after the technical round and not make it to the "superday" portion

Anybody know how many seats they are trying to fill for NY office vs. how many in SD

yeah tough, also does anybody know what the lunch hour is when we hear back about going to (or not) behaviorals? I'm just sitting by my phone all afternoon
