No idea but I hope not very. Only talked to a post-MBA associate there and it sounds like (based on everything else I’ve read here) they may not be the most helpful/influential lol
Don’t let the echo chamber of 1-2 year analysts on here fool you into thinking that MBA associates don’t carry weight. Associates and VPs, in general, do a huge amount of the lifting for recruiting.
I heard they start reviewing apps in early august and interviews will be happening by mid august

Extremely disappointed tbh to not get the written assessment. At a low BB/ networked with a specific group's VP, Associate, and Analyst.
If we didn't get the assessment does that mean we're canned?
Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I've read on here, the assessments only went out to non-NY offices. I'm still holding out hope.

Superdays at Gugg are usually not your typical superday from what I've heard. It's usually a technical interview in the morning and if you do well on that then they pass you through to what is typically a superday (multiple behavioral interviews) in the afternoon. You can easily be rejected after the technical round and not make it to the "superday" portion

If you did first round in the morning, you should know about next round by noon. I found out I got the offer night of the superday. But this was last year for SA 2021, so idk if it's the same for this context

Just got NYC IBD superday rejection email. I bungled the last interview question (tougher one) so not a surprise though interviewer did ask to stay in touch. Oh well.
