I agree but I have done 4 super days so far and never got an offer the same day... usually 3-4 days later.
I had S&T superday Friday and heard back Monday afternoon

Super day was through winning women. 3 interviews. 1 behavioral 2 technical.
How were the technicals in terms of difficulty and depth?
Very basic. No curve balls. This was for payments.
Non-diversity, semi-target. Didn't know there was a winning womens thing. Had my SD Friday
Winning women was much smaller virtual event this year. I assumed that is how I got the interviewed but I also applied online.
What department? What kind of technical questions did you get? ty
IBD. Nothing crazy. 400Q only. A question that was apparently a brain teaser, but was cake.
I applied for IBD early in February. Did the Hirevue mid February and I have a Superday next Thursday.
Did everyone do pymetrics? Never got one
Yes, it's one of the first things you get if you're even considered. After that is Hirevue then Superday
Got the hirevue btw just not the pymetrics
i think you're lying. Theres no pymetrics this year. Also, the hirevue comes immediately after you apply, so theres no way you couldve gotten a pymetrics before your hirevue
How long should I wait after completing Hirevue?

No. VP told me that this week is their goal.
I thought normally it’s a quick decision and sometimes comes out the day of, just wondering is this bc there were too many candidates? My first spd so I don’t rly know much

There's another round of Superdays Thursday and Friday so I'm guessing they're waiting for those before they make a decision.
Doubt they're waiting that long. Pretty sure JPM is rolling so they just evaluate candidates as they go
At least for S&T they are not waiting. I found out Monday after interviewing on Friday.

Had my SPD this past Friday. NY office. They said we'd hear back within the next week, 2 weeks max. Haven't heard back yet. 2 behavioral interviews, 1 technical. Technical was straight out of the 400Q guide. Really easy tbh.

Anyone know why I got this. High GPA, target school, with US work authorization. I did the hirevue and got this less than 12 hours after completing it.

For those who have been offered, have actual offer letters been sent out yet? Recruiting team called me end of day on Monday letting me know I got the offer, and that I needed to fill out some additional information (confirming I'm legal to work in US, no political donations, etc). Then after they reviewed that, they would be sending over offer letters. It's Wednesday now and the offer letter still hasn't hit my inbox, wondering if I should reach out to campus recruiting.

Yeah HR said it won't come until Friday or even Monday which would give us almost 2 weeks to make a decision which is nice

Non-target, non-diversity here. I did my Hirevue for NY IBD around two weeks ago. Is it safe to say I am not getting further in the process because it appears offers are already being sent out? Or are super days/second rounds done in waves? Appreciate it.

Done in waves. It is all rolling. Did my Hirevue day apps open and had spd last Friday. You could still get something in the next month is my guess

i think so. a recruiter mentioned to me that april 1st is the first super day rounds for the regular pipeline.

I did winning women but was in the 4/1 superday - not sure if they flag your individual app or not but I was definitely in the regular cycle superday

In the debriefing room the lady said that results would come out next Friday. I'm really curious to see if some people get early offers on Monday or something like that....

Offers went out for the Thursday superday yesterday afternoon, if you haven't heard back you're either waitlisted or dinged.

Yea can anyone confirm this? Thought they would tell us Mon/Tue since there was another spd on 4.1
The superdays on Friday were for a different group, regular pipeline, not diversity/target. Thursday superday was filling the last spots for that group, and mostly filled up yesterday.

I was 4/1 as well, the recruiter said we should hear back this coming Friday. Not sure why some people are saying we'll hear today :p
