how hard have you guys networked? I've spoken to an MD and an Associate. Non-Core for Moelis/Non-Diversity-- Said they referred to HR... Not sure if I will make it pass the apps
Core for Moelis. Great calls with a couple of analysts who put their name down for me.
Does suited mean anything? Haven't submitted app yet, trying to wait and put someone down for a referral.

Its not like all of them come out at the same time, the process is a little bit staggered. A few have already happened for non target who networked and got interviewed alongside some target kids. The person told me they got their superday coming up as well.

Here is list of class of 2025 IB Summer analyst roles for everyone still going in recruiting. I recruited last year landed a IB role in TMT group at BB from non target. I networked heavily across the industry and lucked out and got a role. I have a class of 2025 IB summer analyst list for 25+ banks, check it out and apply to as many places as possible before deadlines and then network your way into an interview; don't take no for an answer.

How long after first rounds did you hear back about the superday?
for some people if it was in the morning, they heard back that same day. lot of people was either the next day or the day after that. Basically, pretty quick (same day to ~2 days)

I j emailed HR - Im a non core non diversity and interviewed 3/15 and asked for feedback/updates. They responded saying that reviews for the last 2 weeks are still going on and to be patient. theres still a 1% ray of hope
