For people who got phone screens how long approx did this occur after Hirevue?
I saw in the previous chat that there isnt a phone screen. Not sure how accurate that is

Depends if they are on recruiting team or not, but leaning towards a guranteed superday. Perhaps find out who the staffer is (tends to be a Senior Assoc/1st Yr VP who will step away from his/her job to staff interns/group for the summer)
Does this bypass the hirevue/pymetrics? Worried about not getting past the computer when I have higher ups who want to help me out?

I'm pretty sure the next wave of hirevues hasn't been sent out yet. I got mine in the bulk that was sent out on the 14th so you will probably get it in the coming weeks.

How long does it take for the HireVue to come after the pymetrics assessment?
Pretty sure its done in rounds. Everyone that applied to USA IBD the earliest got a Hirevue June 14. I'm assuming JPM will review these hirevues before proceeding to the next group of people.

I applied to market trading, market research, and investment banking, all at NYC, on June 17. I received the trading hirevue two days later and the research hirevue three days later. I have not yet received a hirevue for IB one week later.
Same here. Applied to Market Research, Asset Management and Investment Banking. Did the pymetrics and received hirevue for Market Research on June 20th (applied but haven't heard anything from Investment Banking as of yet and applied to both June 16th). Anyone else have a similar situation? Would love to hear your guys' timelines and where y'all stand in this as well.
Applied on June 10th to IB, AM, and RE. Received hirevue for IB on the 14th, and app currently shows "Under Consideration." Haven't received hirevues for AM or RE, but did pymetrics for all. AM shows "Application Received," last updated on the 10th, and RE shows "Application Reviewed," last updated on the 19th.

I watched the JPM Corporate & Investment Banking SA webinar last week and was told that there is a 4-6 week review process after the HireVue and that the superday happens in September. Not sure about the timeline for earlier/later superdays. This was for the JPM CIB NY office.

You need to do separate hirevues for each division that you apply for I believe - that being said I haven't received a hirevue for all of the positions I've applied for so can't be 100% sure

Anyone hear anything for Calgary? I completed hirevue, and it says "Under consideration", but was updated after the hirevue was completed. Last update was the 21st. Do they even do superdays for Calgary offices?
From my understanding (taken from what people have said above), there are no phone screenings and superdays will take place in July or later, however no one has been contacted yet. I'm in the same position with "Under consideration" for NY IB, but other applications show "Application received" or "Application reviewed." I'd say July at the earliest we would start hearing back, but probably more toward August and September.
So from my understanding, the earliest superdays will be in July?

When you applied for IB, did you guys have different applications for different locations? I just applied with one application and thought we just rank our location preferences.
Just one application. I've been saying NY-pref because that's what I put as my 1st option. I don't think there are different hirevues for the different location, however.
Is Hirevue invite dependent on when you applied or did the tests? I applied like a week or so ago but completed the tests on the 22nd. Should I heard back in the next wave?
Probably the next wave. I think the 19th or 20th was the cutoff. They're probably doing it once a week or so.

Yes - I as well as some other individuals in a thread discussed how this was super misleading and can lead to people thinking that they hadn't submitted properly; from what I understand, though, I think seeing that screen is no indication of not having properly submitted so you should be fine

There was no limit specified in the email -- I know MS gives you 48 hours from the time you get the email
No time limit but if you wait until they send the next batch of hirevues you've basically screwed yourself over, Admissions are rolling so if you wait too long you kick yourself back a round.

Yeah I actually already did my IB hirevue a week ago. If they screen CVs before I’m actually surprised because compared to some people on here I don’t have quite the comparable experience.

Same, did you also have to do a separate interview? Because they just emailed to do the interview although I thought for the same division your interview is used by all locations.
Made a mistake. Apparently you can only do 1 pymetrics and not 1 per application/office.
Maybe a bit late now but... 1 Pymetrics per applicant (for all applications) and each position has a different HireVue even if you are applying to the same position, just different locations. Hope this helps!
Spoke with a JPM analyst in NY yesterday. He told me they had just finished the training process for reviewing HireVues, and nothing has been looked at yet. I'm assuming they will move forward with reviews within the next week
He also confirmed that the process is HireVue --> Super Day invite He didn't know anything about the date of the super day, and he sounded like it hasnt even been planned yet

Any chance he said anything about how they will do the rounds of superdays/in what order Hirevues are reviewed? i.e. will they look at all completed hirevues and give superdays in no formal order when they start, or will they start with people who did it in the first round, then second round, etc etc.

Superdays are all paid by JPM including flights and hotels. But I am pretty sure if you are applying for a position outside of country you get video interview instead of superday.
My application for IB says "Under Consideration" but last updated 6/28 and I submitted on the 18th

I believe the last updated date is the day you completed your Hirevue. I submitted my Hirevue on the 29th and that is the last updated date for me.

Hey guys, received a hirevue around a week ago and have been sitting on it because I was hoping to talk to more FT analysts about the position before fully submitting my app. Do you guys think its wise to wait and speak with people first?
It seems as though JPM is trying to push the recruiting process away from a solely networking prospective, where you get an advantage for reaching out to many people. From what you guys have heard either first or second hand, what do you guys think about this? Also, do you think it's bad to sit on a hirevue for longer than x amount of time?

I talked to an analyst last week and she said JPM is trying to reduce the amount of pull people in the firm have in getting people moving forward in the process so there is definitely a reduced emphasis on connections. I think having connections at VP level or above are really the only things that can make a really significant impact at this point but someone should correct me if they have heard otherwise. I have heard that if you sit on the hirevue for too long after you received it you will be grouped into the next batch of hirevue recipients as the applications are rolling.

Would also love any info about the “last updated” changes on my applications. My IB app was last updated 7/1 and it has been changing a lot recently. Just was wondering if anyone knows what that means.
I believe it’s updated as each hirevue set goes out. Whenever a new batch of people get hirevues, my date gets updated.
Have you guys received any confirmation after completing pymetrics? I completed them on 30th, no confirmation, no hirevue invite and status at "application received". I meet all the requirements, such as GPA/graduation date + target
It should take about a week after submitting the pymetrics for you to get your Hirevue
