WF FT 2024

Starting a thread since their application opened.

Wanted to see if anyone heard anything. I saw that WF don’t take networking heavily and folks have gotten into interviews with no networking whatsoever.

Spoke to a associate in a coverage group last week and it seems like there is an internal hiring freeze at the moment.

Does anyone also know usual timeline for WF?

Heard that they will know more within the next 2 weeks when they start making return offer decisions

Yeah, I'm guessing they know a general idea of who is returning. But not officially yet is what I was trying to say.

Offers are already decided and were submitted today. Interns don’t find out till their last day though.

Ugh. The worst. I’m betting there will be very few spots this year too with low returns and bad mkt. but I think we may see spots open randomly throughout the school year

Applied for this mid-July haven’t gotten word back. What is the recruiting process for WF? Having a hard time finding alumni in there to network and get some insight.

Interns find out if they get offers tomorrow so we wont find out till offers expire which could be a few weeks

Bump. Had a few VP+ reach out to HR for me to see status on recruitment. When does it usually take place?

Spoke to a couple analysts. First step should be a group preference survey then shortly after interviews. So the first thing we should get is a preference survey. Calling another associate this week and I should get more info. But I don't think they've sent out interviews yet since we didn't even get a preference survey yet.

Banks across industries that are under XX revenue. Culture is great from what I’ve heard. Unsure if salary is on par

Received first round right away after group preference completion. Is this a glitch?

What are the best groups in the preference form. I am assuming Industrials or Energy.

Why is anyone expecting to get an interview already? If you say you got an email you are lying. The preference form is still open.

Received a second preference form and half the groups are out and more. Believe interviews have been going on in the background. I know a guy that got Healthcare in NYC.

Interviews for NYC are not out yet. They come out next week. Confirmed by someone involved in ft recruiting in group. Anyone who says they got one is either capping or they have inside connection.

Anyone know if these groups have been for IB or only S&T/CIB? Also I know individual groups (Healthcare, Energy etc.) do it themselves so it may depend on that as well. Let's keep our heads up gentlemen.

I emailed a recruiter this week, they said status updates will be sent out within the next few weeks. Some optimism here.

Been following this thread since the beginning. Lots of people have contributed, so I’ll share what I know.

NYC - closed
SF - closed
E&P - closed
HC - closed

Despite the preference form stating that “all groups listed still have spots,” it seems like most of these spots were filled back in August. If you haven’t received an interview already, it’s probably over.

On to the next

Can confirm this. I never got an interview, still praying. But I talked to someone involved with process last week and they are not done, just determining next steps.

I think so, seems like only one person one here has gotten a offer. I think other groups are still in the final stages of the process
