Wanted to see if anyone heard anything. I saw that WF don’t take networking heavily and folks have gotten into interviews with no networking whatsoever.
Spoke to a associate in a coverage group last week and it seems like there is an internal hiring freeze at the moment.
Does anyone also know usual timeline for WF?

My sister interns at the firm and she “claims” HC and returns have been decided already. Just haven’t been handed out yet.

Applied for this mid-July haven’t gotten word back. What is the recruiting process for WF? Having a hard time finding alumni in there to network and get some insight.
Its going to be random luck, I think aside from alums, they have to be on the recruiting team as well. I think ppl push things off rather a lot now adays

Someone told me process has started. I am not sure if this is true and if anyone can provide insights.
Spoke to a couple analysts. First step should be a group preference survey then shortly after interviews. So the first thing we should get is a preference survey. Calling another associate this week and I should get more info. But I don't think they've sent out interviews yet since we didn't even get a preference survey yet.
Does networking even matter for Wells FT? Deadass feels like a complete black box

Received a second preference form and half the groups are out and more. Believe interviews have been going on in the background. I know a guy that got Healthcare in NYC.
Interviews for NYC are not out yet. They come out next week. Confirmed by someone involved in ft recruiting in group. Anyone who says they got one is either capping or they have inside connection.

No I think IB hasn't sent anything out yet at all. Its only been S&T and maybe corporate.

no, I received a first round at CLT. might be specific to my group however, and I do go to a target
