Wanted to make a thread for BX SA 2021 as I didn't see any other posts on it. Not sure how different the timelines are for BREDS, BREIT, and BREPE.

I got a super hype invitation to pymetrics but that’s about it from BREP and BREDS.

I'm not sure, I haven't done it yet lol
I heard back after a lil more than 3 weeks last year

Yea but during my SA recruiting BX doing full-time interviews at the same time which is mostly why it was delayed. Could be different this year since BX basically recruits from their SA class only now. Also BX will have multiple superdays - if they dont like anyone from a superday they will just have another one to scout more kids.

Nah, i made it to superday but no offer. My process was just first round to super day which I found surprising. Superday was 4 interviews with analyst/associate then they cut people then 4 interviews with senior level ppl. Tips would just be to know your resume cold and handle mental math, none of the technical questions they ask are particularly tricky
Applied to BREDS/Liquids, haven't heard back yet. Is it clipped if I didn't get pymetrics yet?

Hi all, I got an interview. Real Estate Acquisitions. background: non target of non targets, not even in the states lol. also know nothing about real estate. no idea how I got an interview.
I need help to prep ASAP. Anyone know what questions they’ll ask/tips on what to prepare this weekend for it?

Hey - any updates on how your interview went? Was it mostly behavioral or technical?
Interview went well I think... It was pretty conversational, not exactly behavioral or technical but like technical in terms of asking me to go in depth about some things I listed in my resume. I would best describe it as a them trying to see if you're smart and a fit at the same time

Was entirely focused on resume and interests, with the actual interview part being maybe 20 mins max. Asked questions for the rest of it.

Canadian non target, outside of the US, no RE experience
Target, some tangential experience last summer.
Semi-Target, RE-related experience last summer.

Just speculation here, but I think if there was a second round it was another first round superday. I interviewed first round and have yet to hear back.

I can confirm. I had a superday and then an interview with 2 MDs on 2 diff days the week after

when you say ''this round'' do you mean the super day on 5/1? i just heard that there is another super day on 5/22 but dont know if that is true

I'm thinking of applying to Asia (which is out already) but also LDN which hasn't yet posted up vacancies...
You can have 3 active BX applications at once (different cities have different applications) and they typically only offer a superday for one of your 3

I wasn't in the process for BRED so I could be wrong, but I believe it's started, I doubt that they finished, and if they're running like the other groups I would expect superdays to be in waves, as well as offers
They already filled their class in the March diversity recruiting round

Yeah I had the same thing around two weeks ago as well, I'm thinking I could have gotten cut or maybe the process for that group is taking a little longer as I haven't received a rejection email yet either
