I got it on Thursday. I sort of networked, not really but I did reach out to a couple of people via LinkedIn who work at the firm. I am diversity and come from a non-target. I applied for the Real Estate division so maybe its going in waves or by division.

There have been superdays for PE Energy and PWS as far as I am aware. Also, for Diverse Leaders Program folks, because 1st rounds were essentially guaranteed, Pymetrics emails were received but allowed to be disregarded.

Can anyone give a general gist of what the questions were like for the pyemetrics video interview? I applied for several PE groups and Tac Opps and I got an invite for one, genuinely no idea for which it is for lol.

To the people who got hirevues did it say summer 2022 analyst? I'm not sure if its a typo or if somehow I am hearing back from last year bc someone reneged
yeah I noticed that. I assumed the 2022 was for the present year and then it said summer analyst/analyst recruiting or something like that so I think 2022 was just referencing the interview cycle, not the start date of the internship

I got a first round invite for SP today. I was wondering is this a good group in Blackstone? Is this position better or an investment banking position at a firm like Bank of America?
If you like secondaries its an incredible place to be but i have heard you get placed in groups so your industry could be niche. Blackstone on your resume could take you far still but its just a matter of what you want to do and if you think you could spin this experience to help you down the line if secondaries arent for you
