Received this information from a senior recruiter concerning the Launch with Global Banking event:
"I apologize for the inconvenience and the misinformation. The event is being postponed, but not due to the COVID-19. We will be in touch shortly with additional information on future events."
"No decisions have been made on your application for the post-poned program, but as decisions are made they will be communicated through to your email."

It's on demand. That means there is an actual person on the other end that sends the invite. I don't think they would bother to send the invite if it was pointless/recruiting was done.

If selected for the forum, the final day of the forum is interviews for SA 2021.
The email I got (for Charlotte) said "receive interview preparation as well as early consideration for 2021 internship programs" but don't know if the last part means getting an interview for the 2021 internships.
Yea I think it is an accelerated process for 2021 internships. So early consideration would mean interviews
If you get invited to a regional office program, can you still interview for the NY office for summer 2021?
I have no idea but if I had to guess, no. Since most banks want you to be a part of only one interview process (even though you can give multiple preferences).
