I have friends at BAML. Sophomore recruiting is set to happen, just a little bit later. August 1 from what I’ve heard.

 

Bro like 1 or 2 kids on here have said they got either a HV or offer. Take that with a grain of salt because if they actually started the process than you'd be seeing more posts about HVs

 

I feel like you'll deff get a HV man, most of the kids who are getting HV's either knew somebody or had an exploding offer. I would not worry 

 

These offers may have been linked to the prior freshman diversity pipeline program akin to GS's Undergrad Camp. It seems "normal" recruiting has yet to take place. Also, keep in mind that, along with UBS, BofA has historically some of the larger sophomore classes. 

 

Anyone with word on superday invites? Seems like most HVs are out, anyone hear?

 

Got a hirevue without networking. Anyone know if hirevues are at all selective like the ones for GS? Wondering if my submission will get touched by recruiters.

 

BofA HVs are known to be very selective - just like GS - so, congrats for getting one, especially without networking. The sophs that get HVs for BofA are either top candidates from targets, kids who networked aggressively, or just by pure luck of the draw which seems to be your case. They take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks to get back to you with info about a super day. With this particular most recent wave of HVs, expect a super day to be in the next week or 2. Good luck because it's only getting harder

 

Got HV today, 3.9 from non-target, diversity summer program participant. Any sophomores who have already completed their HV can say if there are any technical questions? 

 

From what I understand offers will be coming out either tomorrow or Friday. Heard before the weekend

 

Wow nice. Assuming you interviewed last week right? Did your interviewer or whoever called you say if more offers are coming??

 

For those who got offers, what's your sophomore intern compensation? Feel like their salary is mad low. Got $20/hr for an expected 60 hrs a week, $30/hr for OT. 10 weeks. Meaning $12k pre-tax no OT.

 

Keep each other updates here with offers from SDs this week. Think they will most likely be coming out today

 

My contact said expect results before the weekend "most likely". Usually they don't call candidates until after they wrap up work for the day/weekend, they are usually pretty busy Friday afternoon trying to finalize things for the weekend. So if they call today I'd expect it to be later. No clue though, this is just my guess 

 

got the call tonight (Friday) around 7pm- but one of my interviewers did say they are still giving out offers from this week's SD's next week! don't lose hope!

 

Lol banks never inform rejects for super days. It's a legal liability. They only inform rejects for everything before SD, so you can imagine anxiety is through the roof for all of us who haven't heard today

 

Would they call over the weekend or is Monday the earliest we could hear back?

 

i really don't know if this is right - but my best guess is that monday's the earliest they would get back since BAML has protected weekends

 

There is a comment a bit further up that says "just depends if your interviewer wants to call you tonight or Monday." People who received offers already: were you called by your interviewer/s? Is this standard practice after super days? I sort of assumed it'd be a call from HR and not interviewer. 

 

Same. For me it was my interviewer deciding to call, not HR sending me an email. It appears decisions have been made already, its just HR that has not disclosed them yet. 

 

Has anyone heard anything yet today? Do y'all think they will call more in the afternoon/night than during the day? Also congrats for everyone who did get it!!
