I did phone screen too. Forgot to ask when the result will come out. If anyone knows please share the information :)

I just got a phone interview for the regular Launching Leaders Diversity Program in Investment Banking. Semi-Target here.

It doesn't really matter because no matter who interviews you its going to HR apparently. This is what one of my interviewees told me at least.

It sounds like Winning Women is about a week ahead of Launching Leaders in the process, but I can confirm what teehee123 said about there being two phone screens before super day.

I finished my second interview of my three first rounds I believe. The first one was easy, but the second one with a S&T person was quite a bit more quantitative. Hopefully maybe HR will consider my strength in finance and accounting technicals to outweigh my inability to nail the brainteasers. I feel like considering how competitive this is, I'd say I don't have a shot.

Idk how to determine which round I am in.. I had two interviews yesterday. I wonder if I am in the second or third round.

For my school, there are only 2 rounds but very few people got 3 interviews. Just met our campus recruiter and was told that the results will come out on Friday or next Monday. Don't freak out guys..

I'm going on my 4th phone screen. Idk what round that counts as. I honestly think it's just giving me more opportunity to mess up. After reading everyone's comments it's clear that this is not normal. What do you all think this means? I am interviewing for WW IBD go to a semi-target. All phone screens were from people of different levels and different groups.

This is way too much for my liking.

My three interviews were all from IBD, but I think I didn't get IB because I received an email to schedule an interview for my second choice division

Actually the three interviews I had with IBD were mainly technical..only very few behaviorals were asked. Considering the timeline, IBD recruiter told me they'll send out invitations for superday by today or next Monday but I received an email from IS to schedule an interview for next week, so I believe I didn't get IBD.

Not sure how it works for other school, but for my school, the candidates who got three interviews from their first choice divisions (IBD in most cases) are the most high-caliber ones.

Aegais, could you describe your school? It would make sense to get more interviews as a semi-target/non-target like myself if they wanted to test for composure.

Interviewed with JP for sophomore non-diversity ibd sa role during the last week of September. I still haven't heard back. Interviewer warned it could be a long process but said I should expect to hear back about a 2nd round over-the-phone interview with a VP in 2 weeks. I am from a semi-target (non-OCR). Anyone have any insight on whether I have been dinged or if the process is just this long?

Yeah, so I heard back this morning that I got it for IB. Both of my interviews were with IB people (one with an associate and one with an MD). The first was on the phone and the second in person.

For those who haven't heard yet, they could send out a second round of invites if some people don't accept in the first round.

Though I also have a friend who heard back about Winning Women IB before I did. I thought this was strange given the WW program is a couple weeks after the LL program.

Hmmm...maybe they're not. We do have an inside contact so that could be how she knows. Would make more sense regarding my confusion about timelines for each program.

I also haven't heard back yet-- did one interview, maybe with VP in IB, but maybe it's because I'm from a liberal arts school and have no formal technical background. Was told by VP that I would hear back yesterday (19th), but haven't heard anything.

Anyone hear back from AM? I know the deadline was the 19th, so they'll probably start contacting people early next week for phone interviews?

These threads always read like a lot of suspiciously low post count sock puppet accounts trying to create buzz.

Those who can, do. Those who can't, post threads about how to do it on WSO.

So for the LL this past Thursday and Friday I only have some of the breakdown, but I was told there were 108 total in attendance. Of those 47 were for IB, and of those 32 were juniors and 15 sophomores. My hunch was they would take about 5 juniors for IB so ~15%. Also keep in mind some people were interviewing for more than one group, so in reality there were probably upwards of 130 or so interviewees effectively.

Hey, i went to winning women chicago for AM. I have no idea if any one else has heard back. But they just got back to me to go to interview for a different div :/

Got an offer :) good luck to all those out there. I thought they transferred me to investment management, but i guess i was wanted but im and pwm.

Many blessings guys!!

That might be true, but remember to stay persistent and express interest in the position to HR. It's early in the recruiting season and it is very possible that their first choices might end up taking better offers. If you're on the waiting list it could give you priority should a spot open up.

There is no way that HR told Winning Women in New York City about rejections. HR said that candidates will find out by this Wednesday, good or bad. So, I would assume that HR saying that you received a flat rejection is highly unlikely.
