Are sophomores in college still saying this?
not a sophomore but working in another region (APAC) outside of the US. Genuine question given DB presence have diminished in the last couple years

I did. It works for some, but more of them have middle name in the email which is impossible to find
Anyone know why the email says the situational judgement test is "optional" and "has no impact on your application"? I don't imagine that would be the case lol
Considering they technically fail kids, I doubt you can get away with not doing it unless you're super well-connected
