You got the Super day for Full-time role Summer 2025 that opened yesterday?

It's about an Off-Cycle in Dubai. Got the superday in end of May

It was open yesterday and now it’s closed, I think I saw a question about it being a summer analyst position so I bet they simply messed up 1-2 questions so they took it down but will have it up again

Probably true, they either just wanted to open for 1 day and 1 day only to only award the try hard who applied, or they already know and it’s for compliance

Happens all the time for internal (MD/executive’s connection) and external (client’s kid) candidates.

Postings need to be made for compliance to show they followed proper procedure to get candidates.

It is odd that it is quite early, generally it’s immediate start. But postings less than a day is quite odd as well. So could be either the hardo types like the other guy said, or compliance.

Yes, it's for their IBD. I have my upcoming AC and I am kinda lost. People are saying the interviews are rather behavioural than technical. But I have also heard of case studies..

is group reference email the one mentioning "your name was shared with our team as someone who may be interested in 2025 ft program"?

That could be the invitation email, if you got this before the hirevue then someone you networked with gave your name out and the HR team invited you to apply for the 2025 FT program.

The idiots don’t get this. Why would they interview until they know what they’re getting back

Can confirm that some superdays have started rolling out for specific groups and offices. Source - my roomate is an associate in one of these groups/offices (ignore title).

Not true based on what I’ve heard. I spoke to HR yesterday, nothing will go out until August.

First set of superdays have been sent out. It is an extremely small cohort for specific groups and locations but they’ve been sent out for sure. (might be for top candidates with referrals I’m guessing but been sent out for sure)

Funniest

GG boys, at least we got to do a survey about what groups we liked

am I stupid or why did I get an auto reject email after applying for group coverage and having an EB internship this past summer? Superdayed last year but didn’t make the cut. Odd they cut you out like that.

Just did the hirevue and WTF. I only got one minute to answer a behavior question, had to condense everything just to fit my answer

Why are you commenting on everyone’s post and invalidating what they say. Relax

Superdays are gonna scheduled to take place between mid august and September

There were C&R and FIG superdays today. Not sure what the split was with how many people interviewing for fig vs c&r and not sure how many open spots for each. If anyone has color please reply

How soon after submitting group pref forms do superday invites get sent out ?

What is the status of timelines for SF? Is M&A the only one completed or are other groups wrapped up with their processes as well?

Haven’t heard anything yet from NYC CRBS superday last Thursday. What superday were you in?

Has anyone gotten an offer in CRBS? Superday was last Thursday and was told we’d hear back in a week. Not expecting an offer at this point but can anyone confirm they’ve gotten an offer?

I did not, tried following up but no response. I assume offer just went out the day of the superday
