I got the superday and got asked afterwards to do 3 interviews with the executive directors.
Is it common to get interviewed by Exec Directors especially at BBs? How much time does it take for JPM to tell you whether you're onboard or not?

How would they know halfway into the summer who they're hiring across so many locations? can someone confirm if this is true?
Probably true, they either just wanted to open for 1 day and 1 day only to only award the try hard who applied, or they already know and it’s for compliance
Happens all the time for internal (MD/executive’s connection) and external (client’s kid) candidates.
Postings need to be made for compliance to show they followed proper procedure to get candidates.
It is odd that it is quite early, generally it’s immediate start. But postings less than a day is quite odd as well. So could be either the hardo types like the other guy said, or compliance.

Yes, it's for their IBD. I have my upcoming AC and I am kinda lost. People are saying the interviews are rather behavioural than technical. But I have also heard of case studies..

Anyone know which groups will most definitely be hiring for FT? Email said there’s no guarantee that the groups that applicants fill in on the form will even run a FT process.
Have a friend interning at JPM who said that fig always hires for FT.

That could be the invitation email, if you got this before the hirevue then someone you networked with gave your name out and the HR team invited you to apply for the 2025 FT program.
applied to all programs, Private bank, AM, Payments, IB. CM, ER Completed Hireview 48hrs after for all programs. Have yet to hear anything

Can confirm that some superdays have started rolling out for specific groups and offices. Source - my roomate is an associate in one of these groups/offices (ignore title).

Not true based on what I’ve heard. I spoke to HR yesterday, nothing will go out until August.
First set of superdays have been sent out. It is an extremely small cohort for specific groups and locations but they’ve been sent out for sure. (might be for top candidates with referrals I’m guessing but been sent out for sure)

Same here. I'm waiting to hear back from the AM Products Group. My old manager at JPMC said they are still waiting on return offer acceptances, but that the process is ongoing, so there is still hope.
