You got your vcl invite two weeks ago? nice, i haven't heard anything but i heard last year they didn't start 2nd rd until late summer/early fall. lmk if you hear anything!
just looked at their site for any updates and next to the intern 2024 info it says apps will be reviewed on a rolling basis starting august 14th
Can you give an insight on what type of questions they asked, was it more behavioral or technical?

Yes diversity. My friends and I are both applying through accelerator program.

Don't be jefe. I've heard it takes MINIMUM 1 week to 2 weeks even to hear acceptances. Don't lose hope. Pls update forum when you hear decision so others can know reasonable timeframe to expect decision by

Nope. I've scoured the depths of internet and so far, only heard from 2 ppl that some got rejections for 2024 SA after their superday. Mine was Friday 6-23, they said at the time "expect to hear from us next week" so I'm hoping to hear today or tmrw.
May I ask what kind of questions they ask on the spd? All technicals or mostly behavioural? Thanks so much. Because they told me it will last for 2hrs 40mins for my spd im so confused why it takes that long
I had a superday on 6/21 (last Wednesday) for Platform Innovation. Haven't heard back yet. I thought I had a great interview and connected really well with all 4 interviewers so hoping for the best!

For BPI, it was just behavioral and situational

I had 90% behavioral/motivational (prep for why BLK, why this team, why hire you, etc. - nothing out of the blue) , and 10% technical. Technicals were super easy - hardest one they asked me was "explain _____ concept to me as if I'm your grandma" and "walk me through XYZ programming/data science project". Didn't ask for any lines of code, just functions & libraries used . Hope this helps
Has anyone heard anything yet? I saw some posts about how we were supposed to hear back this week and my interviewers told me I'd hear back 'quickly'. I doubt they would call everyone on Friday afternoon so I wonder what's going on.

Just got an email from a recruiter asking to set up a call to "discuss the status of my candidacy." Is this a good thing? I can't imagine that they'd set up a call to reject me, but I'm really nervous.

They needed confirmation for my transcript cause I am from a Canadian University and my transcript didn't have my GPA on it :/ but it was approved by HR later, but no update on decision 🤷🏻♂️

Anyone know if it’s worth to start applying now? I don’t start my IB SA internship until mid august so idk if waiting until I can add it to the cv will affect my chances.
I applied before starting my summer internship but on my resume I put that I accepted a summer role with X company and listed the main skills and responsibilities I'll be having based on the job desc. I got a superday (waiting on offer) and during the superday they asked about how it's going so I think it's better to make them aware ur working this summer even if u haven't started yet
I was thinking of writing something in mine along the lines of: " Will join team x this summer to aid the team in financial modelling tasks and building presentations" as a single bullet point. Are saying its best to put 3-4 bullet points of what I'll actually do?

It asked for me to submit my transcript before the superday, is this a formality or will they actually be looking at this
i think it's just to verify you're a student, they don't care about grades (they literally say you can redact your gpa from the transcript)
