Does anyone know when we can expect to do super days? I want to know the deadline for memorizing my technicals
Recruited for MS Menlo last year so can chime in - networked extensively so received a direct email from an analyst "inviting" me to apply. The structure was HV -> first round -> super day. From what I remember, got my first round around 2 weeks after my HV and superday 2 days after completing the first round (not sure if it was accelerated bcs I was invited to apply).
Since it was Menlo it was very very tech focused and honestly more technical than I expected. For my prep, I used 400Q guide for my HV but for my interviews used Capital Interview Experts guides since they had a tech banking section and I also made sure to keep with tech news.
To give you a sense of how technology focused the questions were, one question I remember being asked was "What multiples would you use for a high growth app, enterprise software, and a semiconductor company?".
The technicals were also harder than expected - thought it would be like the HV but got asked multiple paper LBO questions and Merger math questions so be prepared for that.

Anyone know what your hirevue gets weighted? Think I did pretty mid but also not terribly. Have strong referrals from analysts and an MD
You should be fine with the referrals as long as you didn't mess up the HV badly (MS still weighs networking compared to JPM that stopped) - all that you can focus on right now is interview prep so make sure those behaviorals and technicals are top-notch
does it go from HireVue to superday for MS? also if so, is superday in person?

SF is accelerated process. I was invited to the interview before the app opened. It was 100% technical and very difficult, so prob just a way of narrowing down candidates.

mine was mostly behavioral. i was prepared for technicals tho since i read online they are usually a mix.
