Yes they are lmao. Will my salary be larger when I start FT or nah?

BSB NY - $100k prorated($48/hr), 1.5x OT($72), relocation bonus

EVR M&A NYC - $120K Prorated ($5K every other week) + $2.5K early acceptance bonus

Yeah wouldn't normal just be 52/hr? Do you still get OT pay or just 110k prorated.

Still not too bad given you're in a sophomore banking program. Id look at it from an angle of leverage to go to some upper level BB's

Takes for fucking ever to get it back if you expense. I booked a flight on my own dime 2 days before they sent the link to book the flight in their system. Still haven’t gotten reimbursed lmao

Do you know if it's still $40/hr? Can't find info on their website and will be interviewing for this role

Ikr… Thought 100k prorated offer was gonna be the standard.

MS is 110K prorated, $52.88 an hour, with 0.5x OT and a $2,500 relocation bonus.

For sophomore SAs it’s 75k prorated with 0.5x OT and $2500 relocation stipend. I don’t understand why sophomore prorated is lower?

I know this is BofA Soph and let me tell you it’s worse than you think because the housing stipend is taxed @ ~50%, I only ended up getting $1K for housing - so save up prior to the internship because you’re going to have cash flow problems

Lmao stop calling it signing bonus, its your relocation stipend and it gets taxed at 48% get off your high horses interns you haven't made it yet. (Coming from a fellow intern)

you're flaming other people but think withholding = taxes lmao

CS:

110K prorated (55/hour) + 2500 relocation stipend + expensed travel (flight to and from + ubers to and from) + 7500 scholarship

Downside: OT is only 0.5x :(

Silicon Valley Company (M&A)

$38/hr

$1.8K monthly housing stipend

$5K bonus

San Francisco

Gonna be making $53 an hour next summer and I’m fighting with my current boss rn over raising me from $11.50 to $12… FML

BoFA is really taking us for graanted. The 20 extra hours we work to make 110K ...people at other banks will be raking in OT with that.

Wells fargo might be $53 an hour but I would take lower pay at a BB any day of the week. Its literally 10 weeks vs the rest of your life. Longer term career move is def bb over wells even tho pay is less.

Seems that a lot of BBs are now paying 110k prorated (53/hr) + 1.5x OT so Wells doesn't really pay better anymore

BB NYC $54 regular, 1.5x OT, sign-on 2K but no relocation bonus

Look up the smartasset tax calculator for your state. It will give you your paycheck amount, but you can from your estimated yearly earnings you can then find the difference in collected tax rates vs your actual EOY taxable income. - which will allow you to calculate roughly how much your tax return will be.

Crazy, how was recruiting for it, if you don't mind, and do you plan on staying full-time?

Genuinely wondering is 25k a typo. Did you mean 2.5k? Either way, congrats.
